At Aurora by Roos, we aim to offer the best value for money by shipping our products directly from our suppliers. This allows us to significantly reduce transport, storage, packaging, and handling costs, enabling us to offer high-quality products at fair prices.

The total delivery time, including order processing, is typically 6–14 days.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and then shipped from our distribution center. We always do our best to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.


Delays

While 97% of all orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays may still occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, high-volume periods, or carrier delays.
